Job summary

Aibel Pte Ltd located in Singapore seeks an experienced Quality Engineer to lead QA/QC activities on FPSO/EPC projects. You will coordinate vendor inspections, audits, and risk actions across international teams.

The role requires extensive experience, welding/NDE certifications, and strong project management with travel as needed. You will collaborate with clients and regulators to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality engineering on FPSO/EPC projects regionally.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Vendor Inspection Coordination & Auditor role.
Experience in Risk Coordinator position is preferred.
DNV Class FPSO EPC project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and follow up on Non-conformances and Observations through to closure.
Conduct Risk sessions and follow up Risk actions.
Plan, coordinate and carry out internal audits and verifications; support the Lead Auditor as required.
Facilitate Experience Transfer sessions to embed lessons learned across the project.
Coordinate improvement initiatives and incentive schemes to promote QRM on the project.
Prepare weekly and monthly Quality reports for Projects and Construction.
Participate in project meetings as directed by the Project Quality Manager.
Act as the contact for the client and authorities on QRM-related matters.
