Job summary

Aibel in Singapore seeks a Lead Quality & Vendor Inspection Coordinator to drive QA/QC across FPSO/EPC projects. You will lead vendor inspection engineers, coordinate third-party inspections, and ensure ITPs and QA documentation meet project requirements.

You should bring 15+ years of quality engineering experience, auditor certifications, and strong knowledge of industry standards. Travel may be required; the role is on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of Quality engineer FPSO/EPC project experience regionally.
• Minimum 10 years in Vendor Inspection Coordination & Auditor roles.
• Experience in Risk Coordinator position is preferred.
• DNV Class FPSO EPC project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on Non-conformances and Observations through to closure.
• Conduct Risk sessions and follow up Risk actions.
• Plan, coordinate and carry out internal audits and verifications; support Lead Auditor as required.
• Facilitate Experience Transfer sessions to embed lessons learned across the project.
• Coordinate with fabrication yards and vendors on QA/QC documentation requirements.
• Attend pre-inspection meetings, conduct surveillance visits, witness tests and verify timely production of inspection reports.
