Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a Lead / Senior UX Designer to shape accessible, user-centered digital services for SG Enable and related government initiatives. You will drive UX strategy, align with policy and business stakeholders, and mentor designers to deliver high-impact, accessible experiences.

You will collaborate across product, engineering and policy teams to translate complex requirements into simple, cohesive user journeys, while championing inclusive design and rigorous usability

Qualifications

10+ years designing and shipping digital solutions end-to-end
5+ years leading and growing design teams
Experience leading design across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and portfolios
Mastery across design disciplines — problem framing, research, service design, product design, prototyping and storytelling

Responsibilities

Define and drive UX strategy and design direction across SG Enable's digital services
Lead the design of end-to-end experiences across multiple products and touchpoints
Champion accessibility and inclusive design throughout the lifecycle
Measure UX impact with usability, accessibility, adoption and satisfaction metrics
Lead and mentor designers, building design culture and capability across teams
