Job summary

ScienTec Consulting invites an experienced UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will shape user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across multiple products in a role that values collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will conduct user research, usability testing, and contribute to design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of UI/UX design experience with proven contributions to digital products.
• Strong end-to-end product design experience, from requirements gathering and workshops to user testing and high-fidelity delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and work with stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and proficiency in design tools like Figma, Maze, and Dovetail.
• A strong design portfolio, experience with design systems, and accessibility principles.

Responsibilities
