Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a UI/UX Designer to drive digitalization projects for Singapore Government agencies, focusing on intuitive, outcome-driven journeys.

You will lead end-to-end design processes, conduct user research and workshops, and translate findings into high-fidelity mockups using Figma.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, a competitive remuneration of up to $10k plus AWS, and a collaborative, innovative team.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of working experience as product designer.
• Capable in conducting workshops and user interviews.
• Proficient in Figma.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating the user research activities to understand users' goals, behaviour, and needs.
• Develop models of users based on research findings, as well as models for other domain factors.
• Define context scenarios and stories sharing about ideal user experiences that the team wants to achieve.
• Describe product or system capabilities and requirements that support users' goals & tasks, and how successful interactions look.
• Design the overall structure and behaviour of the system, information flows, and workflows.
• Test and refine the product through evaluative research, ensuring the design enables users to meet the goals.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and visual assets that effectively communicate the intended user experience and design direction, considering the unique requirements of government service delivery.
• Develop a sense of empathy for people.
