Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. seeks an experienced Trust Manager to oversee a portfolio of trusts, fiduciary arrangements and corporate structures for local and international clients.

You will ensure accurate administration, strong client servicing and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. The role requires deep technical knowledge of trust and fiduciary administration, the ability to supervise junior professionals, and effective collaboration with external advisers to support

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in law, accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of trust administration or private wealth experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex trust portfolios and corporate structures.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore trust laws, AML/CFT, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with international clients and high-net-worth individuals.
• Professional qualifications such as STEP or CGI are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee trust and fiduciary administration for client portfolios.
• Lead client onboarding, KYC, CDD and regulatory reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams on financial statements and billing.
• Supervise junior Trust Officers and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure governance, risk controls and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and service standards.
