Job summary

SG Her Empowerment Limited via the SHECARES Centre seeks a Centre Head to steer strategic direction, operations, and service quality. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of counsellors and social service executives, ensuring trauma-informed, client-centred care across all pathways.

This senior leadership role requires strong operational management, people leadership, and practice oversight, with capacity for clinical supervision and advocacy work as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in social service, counselling, family violence, or community settings.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or team management experience.
• Strong operational management and service planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Centre Management: lead operations, admin, and strategic development of SHECARES.
• Team Leadership & Supervision: manage multidisciplinary team and ensure high-quality care.
• Clinical Supervision (Optional): provide supervision and reflective practice support to counsellors.
• Advocacy & engagement: contribute to advocacy work and external engagements.
• Compliance & governance: oversee risk management, reporting, and SOPs.
