The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in supply chain or transformation programs and strong data analytics, with experience in ERP/S2P platforms such as Jaggaer, Icertis, or SAP Ariba.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Admin or related field.
• 7–10 years of work experience in supply chain, procurement, or transformation programs.
• Experience with digital transformation tools and S2P systems (ERP, Jaggaer, Icertis, SAP Ariba).

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, roadmap, milestones and KPIs/OKRs.
• Deliver end-to-end transformation programs within scope, budget and quality.
• Lead governance, reporting and stakeholder management across functions/geographies.
• Drive organizational change management and adoption of new processes.
