You will drive SAP S/4HANA transformations, provide executive-level solution architecture leadership, and manage strategic client relationships.

The role requires leading multi-country implementations, driving go-to-market activities, and building high-performing teams within a global consulting network.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP consulting and transformation experience.
• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation programs.
• Strong background in SAP enterprise transformation.
• Experience managing large-scale SAP implementations across multiple countries.
• Demonstrated success in executive stakeholder and client relationship management.
• Track record leading consulting teams and delivering transformation outcomes.
• Experience contributing to business development, sales pursuits, and account growth.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs from strategy through implementation.
• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders on transformation and technology strategy.
• Drive solution architecture and scalable SAP-enabled business solutions.
• Provide program governance, risk management, and executive stakeholder management.
• Lead multi-country SAP implementations with value realization.
• Develop and grow strategic client relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion and transformation services.
• Support business development activities, including pursuit leadership, proposal development, and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with SAP and alliance partners to strengthen go-to-market offerings and drive pipeline growth.
• Build, coach, and lead high-performing consulting and delivery teams.
