Job summary

HP Source Center of Excellence seeks a seasoned Transformation Program Manager to lead end-to-end Source to Pay transformation programs impacting sourcing and procurement across geographies. You will drive scope, roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and budget adherence while coordinating with finance and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in supply chain or operations, with experience in digital transformation tools (ERP, Jaggaer, Icertis, SAP Ariba).

Qualifications

Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business Administration or related field.
Typically 7–10 years of work experience in supply chain, operations, or related field.
Experience with digital transformation tools/technologies (ERP, S2P systems such as Jaggaer, Icertis, SAP Ariba, etc.).

Responsibilities

Provide program leadership from scope through delivery, ensuring milestones, budgets and quality targets are met.
Align programs with strategic objectives and optimize multi-workstream dependencies.
Manage stakeholders, governance, and regular status reporting to executives.
Lead organizational change management, communications, training, and adoption strategies.
Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and track program health metrics.
