Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst for a large-scale banking transformation in Singapore. You will gather and document business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders, and design future-state workflows to boost efficiency and controls.

Join a governance-driven team delivering critical change initiatives within a leading financial institution. Requires 3+ years in banking/FS, a bachelor degree, and private banking experience is a plus. 12-month extendable contract.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in banking or regulated environments.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• Private Banking experience will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Evaluate current operating processes and design future-state workflows to improve efficiency and controls.
• Support complex migration and transformation activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks and key deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive consensus across business and operational teams.
• Collaborate with governance, risk and compliance to incorporate regulatory requirements.
