Job summary

NParks is seeking a transformation lead to run end-to-end business process reviews across priority corporate and operational areas. You will partner with divisions, HR, IT and external consultants to simplify, centralise, automate or redesign processes, delivering practical improvements.

You will guide diagnosis through to implementation, shaping future-state processes, developing recommendations and implementation plans, and supporting change management across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose inefficiencies.
• Ability to provide strategic guidance across divisions and seniority levels.
• Skilled in facilitating workshops and engagement sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for updates to senior management.
• Experience with change management and process automation tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business process reviews across priority corporate and operational areas.
• Scoping, current-state analysis, redesign, and implementation to remove bottlenecks.
• Identify opportunities to centralise, automate or redesign work with stakeholders.
• Shape review agendas and assess processes with greatest transformation potential.
• Collaborate with IT, HR and external consultants to explore tech-enabled improvements.
• Design workshops and interviews to co-develop practical solutions with stakeholders.
• Develop future-state processes, recommendations and implementation plans.
• Support change management activities, including communications and readiness.
• Coordinate external consultants and synthesize findings for senior management.
