Job summary

NParks National Parks Board is seeking a Transformation professional to lead end-to-end business process reviews across priority areas. You will identify opportunities to simplify, centralise, automate or redesign processes and support implementation to improve productivity and service delivery.

You will work closely with divisions, HR, IT and external consultants to translate insights into practical improvements, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Ability to provide strategic guidance across divisions and levels.
• Experience in business process review or change management, preferably in the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business process reviews across priority corporate and operational areas, from scoping to redesign and implementation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, centralise, automate or redesign work.
• Design and facilitate workshops, interviews, focus groups and other engagement sessions.
• Develop practical future-state processes and recommendations with clear implementation plans.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and external consultants to align change initiatives with transformation priorities.
• Support change management activities, including communications, readiness and adoption.
