Job summary

National Parks Board (NParks) in Singapore is seeking a transformation professional to lead end-to-end business process reviews across priority areas. You will collaborate with divisions, HR, IT and external consultants to simplify, centralise, automate or redesign processes, contributing to NParks' transformation agenda.

You will diagnose current workflows, design future-state solutions, and support implementation to boost productivity, service delivery and ways of working.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose inefficiencies and propose practical improvements.
• Able to provide strategic guidance and work effectively across divisions, functions and levels.
• Skilled in designing and facilitating engagement sessions to drive collaborative problem-solving.
• Good communication and presentation skills to distil complex findings for senior management.
• Team player comfortable in cross-functional environments and navigating ambiguity.
• Experience in business process review, Lean/Six Sigma or change management; experience with process automation tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business process reviews across priority corporate and operational areas, from scoping to implementation.
• Shape the review agenda by identifying processes with the greatest improvement potential.
• Identify opportunities to leverage digital solutions, automation, data and AI with IT teams.
• Design and facilitate workshops, interviews, and engagement sessions with stakeholders.
• Translate recommendations into practical future-state processes and implementation plans.
• Support change management activities including stakeholder engagement and adoption.
