Job summary

You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement modern digital tools spanning enterprise service systems, AI platforms and cloud solutions, championing new digital ways of working and supporting Whole-of-Government initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital transformation and service innovation.
• Proven track record in end-to-end project management and vendor engagement.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, cloud platforms and SaaS solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of digital and AI-enabled service delivery solutions.
