Job summary

The Edge Partnership in Singapore is seeking an experienced Total Rewards professional to drive compensation and benefits strategies and support our HR initiatives. You will develop and implement compensation and benefits programs, benchmark against markets, and advise on job evaluations and pay structures.

You will partner with senior stakeholders and Finance, manage remuneration projects, and enhance wellbeing-driven benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
10–12 years in Total Rewards, compensation & benefits.
Experience with salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits.
Market benchmarking and job evaluation experience.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and influencing senior stakeholders.
Strong Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organisational objectives, including annual salary reviews, increments, bonuses and incentive programmes.
Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness, cost-effectiveness and internal equity.
Provide guidance on job evaluations, pay structures and differentiated reward strategies for key employee groups.
Review and enhance benefits programmes to support employee attraction, retention and wellbeing.
Manage compensation-related projects and ad-hoc payments, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Partner with senior stakeholders and Finance on remuneration matters and support the Head of HR on key HR initiatives.
