Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in IP and/or technology-related legal work.
• Background from private practice, in-house, or a combination of both.
• Strong ability to work autonomously while collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise on technology, IP and commercial agreements.
• Lead drafting and negotiations for licensing, technology transfer and R&D collaborations.
• Support cross-border commercial contracts relating to global sales and partnerships.
• Provide timely, practical legal advice to senior management and business teams.
• Act as a trusted legal partner to internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Manage and coordinate external counsel on foreign law and specialist matters.
