Job summary

Talent Trader Group in Singapore seeks a corporate and commercial lawyer with 3–5 years PQE to provide strategic legal support to management and business teams.

You will draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on M&A, regulatory compliance, trade finance and governance, and coordinate with external counsel on disputes.

This role offers exposure to cross-border matters and opportunities to contribute to templates and risk mitigation across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate and commercial law across contracts and advisory work.
• Strong drafting, review and negotiation skills.
• Exposure to cross-border transactions and regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial and operational matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including supply, distribution, logistics, services and confidentiality.
• Support trading and business operations by advising on contracts, delivery terms and risks.
• Review shipping, logistics, storage and trade finance documentation.
• Assist with mergers & acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and restructurings, including due diligence.
• Support fundraising, banking and finance transactions and related legal documentation.
• Advise on corporate transactions and capital markets activities.
• Manage disputes, arbitration and litigation, liaising with external counsel.
• Advise on governance, regulatory compliance, sanctions, data protection and other matters.
• Support board/shareholder matters, including resolutions and records.
• Develop legal templates and contract management processes.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical business solutions.
