Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a Third-Party Risk Manager to strengthen governance for outsourcing and vendor risk across its Group Operations & Technology. You will provide oversight, advisory support, and risk-based challenge to Service Owners throughout the third-party lifecycle in a large regional setting.

The role involves collaboration with Technology, Operations, Procurement, Information Security, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit across markets to ensure adherence to MAS guidelines and

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing, MAS Notice 658, MAS TRM Guidelines.
• Experience assessing outsourcing arrangements and service providers.
• Experience supporting Service Owners through the vendor lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Govern vendor lifecycle including onboarding, reviews, renewals, and termination.
• Maintain vendor inventory, outsourcing registers, risk ratings.
