Job summary

A global leader in manufacturing is seeking a skilled individual for a full-time role in Singapore. Responsibilities include leveraging cleaning processes to resolve manufacturing challenges, maintaining ISO-compliant documentation, and participating in continuous improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Chemical Engineering or similar, and experience in thin film coating. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of safety practices are required. This position is 100% on-site and may involve overseas training.

Qualifications

• Work experience in thin film coating or in an advanced manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical & project management skills.
• Good technical knowledge of the thermal & optical properties of materials.

Responsibilities

• Leverage expertise in cleaning processes to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges.
• Identify process variables with defects, implementing preventive measures.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize performance.

Skills

Data visualization in Power BI or similar platform

Ability to analyze and extract meaningful insight of data

Knowledge of work safety practices

Education
