Job summary

NHG Health is seeking a Triage Specialist to support tele-triage and telemonitoring services at the customer contact centre in Singapore. You will assist the Manager in training, provide clinical advice, and ensure effective delivery of services while maintaining patient confidentiality.

The role involves clinical triage, customer service excellence, appointment scheduling, emergency response, and quality assurance within a fast-paced healthcare environment. Alternate Saturday work is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience handling multi-channel inquiries (email, phone, chat).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
• Willingness to work alternate Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Gather triage information and assess patient health concerns to determine care pathways.
• Streamline triage processes to reduce waiting times and ensure appropriate referrals.
• Communicate complex triage cases with clinicians as needed.
• Handle patient and customer interactions across channels and provide accurate information.
