Job summary

WinGD Ltd. seeks an Expert Technical Support LTSA to deliver high-level technical support for customers operating WinGD 2-stroke engines under LTSA. You will handle inquiries, investigations and troubleshooting, contribute through root cause analysis and technical reporting, and collaborate with WIDE Remote Monitoring Centers.

Candidates should hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with strong knowledge of 2-stroke engines, excellent English, and a customer‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of 2-stroke marine engines and their operation.
• Experience in field service or knowledge of WinGD products is advantageous.
• Experience in technical troubleshooting, performance analysis, and remote investigations.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and systematic problem-solving.
• Customer-oriented with commitment to high-quality technical support.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to collaborate independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support to customers operating WinGD 2-stroke engines under LTSA.
• Ensure timely handling of customer inquiries, investigations, and troubleshooting activities.
• Contribute through Root Cause Analysis, technical reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Support product development activities and cooperate with WIDE Remote Monitoring Centers.
• Provide Technical Customer Support and perform Technical Analysis and Troubleshooting.
• Reporting and Documentation.
• Product Improvement and Knowledge Development.
