Job summary

Resorts World at Sentosa Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a disciplined Senior Technical Specialist to maintain the building's facilities and infrastructures. This role covers day-to-day operations and ensures safety and reliability of critical systems. You will perform site inspections, coordinate contractors, and monitor equipment performance to keep facilities in optimal condition. You must be able to work outside regular hours when required and read as-built drawings.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently at site and interface well with users.
• Familiarity with ACMV/building services operations.
• Basic understanding of AHU, PAU, FCU, DX-FCU, EAF, SAF systems.
• Ability to read and interpret as-built drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections of equipment and plant rooms to ensure proper operation and safety compliance.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment faults, breakdowns, and operational issues.
• Escort and coordinate contractors during preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain familiarity with the location, status, and condition of all equipment and facilities.
• Identify, report, and follow up on defects, abnormalities, or safety concerns observed during inspections.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure systems remain in operational condition.
• Raise A&A requests and follow up on defect rectification works after PO issuance.
• Maintain inspection and maintenance records as required.
• Support emergency response and operational recovery activities when necessary.
• Attend to operational requirements outside regular office hours, including weekends, when required.
• Perform tasks or duties consistent with the established safety rules and procedures.

This role is responsible for performing day-to-day work to maintain Resorts World Sentosa building's facilities and infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections of equipment and plant rooms to ensure proper operation and safety compliance.

• Assist in troubleshooting equipment faults, breakdowns, and operational issues.

• Escort and coordinate contractors during preventive maintenance activities.

• Maintain familiarity with the location, status, and condition of all equipment and facilities.

• Identify, report, and follow up on defects, abnormalities, or safety concerns observed during inspections.

Required Qualifications:

• Higher Nitec, Nitec or its equivalent from recognized training institute in electrical, mechanical or facilities operations management.

• Relevant experience in plant facility, hospitality, property management, operation and maintenance environment would be advantageous.

Skills:

• Able to work independently at site and interface well with users.

• Familiarity with ACMV systems and building services operations.

• Basic understanding of AHU, PAU, FCU, DX-FCU, EAF, and SAF systems.
