Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa is seeking a disciplined Senior Ops Specialist to maintain the building's facilities and infrastructure on a daily basis. The role entails overseeing maintenance tasks, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring safety compliance at all times.

Ideal candidates have Higher Nitec or equivalent in electrical/mechanical facilities operations and relevant experience in plant facilities or hospitality management.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in plant facility or hospitality/property management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day work order rectification, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of building/facilities equipment and systems.
• Supervise contractors in alterations, construction, renovations, installations, A&A projects and repairing of equipment and systems.
• Perform day-to-day inspection and maintain daily logs of operational issues and preventive activities on facilities and systems including electrical, mechanical and infrastructure.
• Follow established safety rules and procedures.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a disciplined and detailed - oriented Senior Ops Specialist to join our team.
This role is responsible for performing day-to-day work to maintain Resorts World Sentosa building's facilities and infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day work order rectification, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of all building/facilities equipment and systems.

• Supervise contractors in alterations, construction, renovations, installations, A&A projects and repairing of equipment and systems.

• Perform day-to-day inspection and maintain daily logs of operational issues, corrective and preventive activities on facilities and systems, including electrical, mechanical and infrastructure.

• Perform tasks or duties consistent with the established safety rules and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Higher Nitec, Nitec or its equivalent from recognized training institute in electrical, mechanical or facilities operations management.

• Relevant experience in plant facility, hospitality, property management, operation and maintenance environment would be advantageous.

Skills:

• Must be able to perform 12 hours rotating shift duties on weekdays, weekends and public holidays or after office hours when required.

• Able to work independently at site and interface well with users.

• Potential to lead teams and manage external vendors.

• Possess good attitude and communication skills.
