Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a Senior/Customer Service Engineer to deliver and manage healthcare projects across Singapore and Brunei. You will be versed in one or more Diagnostic Imaging or Advanced Therapies product lines and support the service team’s technical competency while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

You will handle installation, startup, maintenance, and repairs of products, with travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a technical discipline as listed in ad.
• Knowledge of operating systems, process control, and basic networking.
• Healthcare services experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, startup, and commission medical devices within your area of expertise.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, updates; support other products under supervision as deployed.

Your Role:

• You will be well verse in one or more Diagnostic Imaging or Advanced Therapies product line.
• You will play a part to build and strengthen Service Team competency in technical knowledge.
• You will foster development of relationship with customers to excel in Customer satisfaction.
• Youwill perform installation, startup, maintenance, repairs, updates of all products within your area of expertise and assist with other products under supervision or as deployed.
• This role will cover both Singapore and Brunei Install Base. Travelling may be required depending on business requirement.

Your Expertise:

• Diploma in a technical discipline such as Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic, Biomedical Engineering.
• Knowledge of Operating Systems, Process Control Engineering, Networking basic.
• Experience within Healthcare Services & Product knowledge will be an added advantage.
