Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to drive full-cycle hiring for technical GTM teams in Singapore (Asean/Greater China).

You will partner with Field Engineering and Sales leaders to source, engage, and close top talent for Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Field Engineering leadership. You will own talent pipelines, design strategic sourcing plans, and use data to improve hiring processes as Databricks expands in APJ.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical GTM roles across Singapore (Asean/Greater China) such as Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Field Engineering leadership.
• Partner with Field Engineering and Sales leaders on sourcing strategy, market mapping, and talent insights.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines to meet aggressive hiring goals and APJ expansion.
• Create closing strategies to win against competitive offers and manage stakeholder expectations with data.
