Job summary

Databricks, a leading Data + AI company, seeks an AI Product Specialist to shape GTM strategy and drive AI adoption in APAC and Japan. You will demonstrate, demo, and pitch the Databricks AI/ML suite to customers, guiding data architecture decisions and serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives.

You will collaborate with field engineering and product teams to differentiate our offerings, scale impact with SMEs, and build market-facing assets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Data Science, ML, and 2+ years in production Gen AI.
• Hands-on in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Trusted advisor to technical executives guiding data decisions.
• Strong pre-sales experience in competitive settings.
• Able to plan large territories with Account Executives.
• Deep knowledge of LLN app architectures and AI foundations.

Responsibilities

• Define GTM strategy for AI products in APAC/Japan.
• Develop materials to clearly convey value propositions.
• Support field teams in strategic pursuits.
• Scale impact with SMEs across regions.
• Engage executives and external audiences as a thought leader.
• Present at conferences and publish market content.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering on GTM motion.
