Job summary

Databricks in Singapore is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for high-demand technical GTM roles across ASEAN/Greater China. You will partner with Field Engineering leadership to source, engage, and close top talent that can sit shoulder-to-shoulder with customers and power our data and AI platform adoption.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of scaling tech teams in fast-growing environments, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for building diverse, world-class workforces

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within software/data/AI industries, especially for technical GTM, pre-sales, Solutions Architecture, or Field Engineering profiles.
• Ability to scale teams quickly at high-growth companies without lowering standards.
• High energy, grit, and a strong work ethic with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical GTM roles across Singapore (Asean/Greater China Region) from first outreach to close.
• Partner with Field Engineering and Sales leaders as a strategic sourcing advisor on market mapping and talent insights.
• Activate and engage passive, hard-to-reach technical talent who aren’t actively looking.
• Build and sustain engaged pipelines to meet aggressive hiring goals and APJ expansion.
• Create closing strategies that win against competitive offers and manage stakeholder expectations with data.
• Use data to set benchmarks, drive workforce planning, and sharpen hiring processes.
• Champion a world-class candidate experience and act as a Databricks brand ambassador at every touchpoint.
• Play a key role in building a diverse, inclusive, and high-caliber workforce.
