Job summary

Databricks is hiring a Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for technical GTM roles across Singapore (APAC/Greater China region). You will partner with Field Engineering leadership to source, evaluate, and close top Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Field Engineering leaders, while building strong talent pipelines to meet aggressive expansion goals.

You will act as a brand ambassador, attract elite technical talent, and thrive in a high-growth, high-pressure environment

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in the software/Data/AI industry.
• Proven ability to scale teams in a high-growth company.
• Strong ownership, resilience and prioritization under pressure.
• Curiosity about AI and ability to speak credibly to technically-minded candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical GTM roles from outreach to close.
• Partner with Field Engineering and Sales leaders on sourcing strategy and market intelligence.
• Build and sustain engaged talent pipelines to meet aggressive hiring goals.
• Create closing strategies and use data to inform talent decisions and processes.
