Job summary

Sonova Group in Singapore seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager for Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition across APAC. You will own the technical roadmap, drive scalable solutions, and collaborate with Marketing and IT to deliver high-impact lead generation features.

The role requires 6+ years in Technical Product Management with a strong technical foundation, experience with CRM integrations, data pipelines, and cloud environments. Excellent English is essential.

Qualifications

6+ years in Technical Product Management or similar role.
Experience at intersection of Marketing and Tech with CRM integrations.
Strong technical foundation for discussing system architecture, APIs, data pipelines and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the strategy for scalable customer acquisition, lead tracking, attribution, and CRM integrations.
Translate business ideas into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories.
Collaborate with Frontend Engineering to evolve the Lead Form product end-to-end.
Coordinate with CRM workflows to ensure seamless dialing capabilities and customer care processes.
Work with Data and Wholesale Engineering to ensure robust data pipelines and scalable reporting.
Drive UI/UX improvements and prioritise A/B testing to maximise conversions.
