Job summary

Sonova Group in Singapore seeks a seasoned Director, Corporate Development & M&A – APAC to drive inorganic growth. You will originate opportunities across Asia Pacific, manage end-to-end transactions, and coordinate due diligence with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Drive deal origination across APAC, sourcing acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures.
Lead or support end-to-end M&A transactions, from initial assessment to closing.
Coordinate due diligence across commercial, financial, legal, and operational workstreams.
Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and business cases to support strategic decisions.
Build relationships with regional leaders, advisors, and banks to generate deal flow.
Provide regular updates to Corporate Development leadership and stakeholders.
