Job summary

Henkel in Singapore is seeking an experienced Demand Generation Lead to drive end-to-end demand generation across APAC (excluding China). You will strategize and execute multi-channel programs, optimize pipelines, and collaborate with SBUs and agencies to maximize ROI.

The role requires a strong background in digital marketing, SEO/SEM/GEO, marketing automation, and CRM systems, with a proven track record in regional APAC programs and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead APAC demand generation strategy across regions (excluding China).
• Drive digital growth via SEO/SEM/GEO, websites, social media and other channels.
• Own end-to-end funnel performance, lead management, and CRM integration.
