Mastercard Singapore is seeking a Manager, Technology Account Management to partner with Account Management, Product, Engineering and other teams to support customer technology and operational requirements across acquiring and processing verticals. You will manage technical relationships, provide consultancy through onboarding, integration and launch and ongoing operations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in issuing, acquiring, payment processing or payments environment.
• Knowledge of core card-payment concepts (authorisation, clearing, settlement, e-commerce, EMV, contactless).
• Experience in technical implementation, integration, testing, solutioning or production support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical actions.
• Ability to investigate complex technical issues and coordinate multiple teams.

Aufgaben

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support customer technology and operational requirements.
• Manage the technical and operational relationship with assigned acquiring and processing customers.
• Provide technical consultancy during onboarding, implementation, integration and launch.
• Guide customers through technical requirements and product/technology changes.
• Coordinate internal technical expertise to support customer implementations and resolve issues.
• Oversee customer technology projects to maintain alignment of requirements and activities.
• Drive progress on customer actions, issues, projects and enhancements.
• Build trusted relationships with customer technology and operations teams.
• Support technical escalations and own resolution with internal specialists.
• Collaborate with commercial teams as the technical extension of the broader relationship.
