Job summary

Korn Ferry in Singapore is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for Technology & Engineering to be based at Depot Road. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on direct sourcing and building a robust candidate pipeline, while ensuring diversity and service quality onsite with a hybrid work model.

You will partner with hiring managers across enterprise technology spaces, interpreting market data, salary benchmarks, and recruitment metrics to drive effective talent

Qualifications

• Solid end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in technology, engineering, networking or semiconductor environments.
• Experience recruiting technical and/or engineering roles such as hardware, electrical, firmware, or network engineering.
• Experience with sourcing methodologies, market mapping, Boolean searches and using an ATS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and IT literacy with MS Office.
• Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and advise on process improvements.

• Own the recruitment life-cycle for key business areas, focusing on direct sourcing and diversity.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and improve service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring teams.
• Utilize direct sourcing tools to create a robust candidate pipeline and talent pools.
• Provide market context including salary benchmarks and trends to hiring managers.
• Maintain data integrity in reporting and recruitment metrics.
