Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter (Technology & Engineering) to join its Singapore team on a hybrid basis. You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology and engineering roles, leveraging direct sourcing and ATS tools to build strong candidate pipelines and partner with hiring managers.

• Solid end-to-end recruitment experience in technology/engineering
• Experience recruiting hardware, electrical, firmware or networking roles
• Exposure to GTM, enterprise technology sales or presales recruitment is a plus
• Candidates with networking OEM or semiconductor recruiting background are highly relevant
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; IT-literate with MS Office

Responsibilities

Position Summary

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global leader in Enterprise Technology is looking for a Senior Recruiter to be based in Depot Road, Singapore to work onsite. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process whilst being a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity
• Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and be involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum successful output
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships
• Utilise all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline and actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools
• Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business and support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets
• Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks
• Maintain critical metrics and provide the highest data integrity within reporting

Professional Experience

• Solid end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within Technology, Engineering, Networking or Semiconductor environments.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting technical and/or engineering positions.
• Experience hiring roles such as Hardware, Electrical, Firmware, Network or related Engineering talent would be highly advantageous.
• Exposure to GTM, enterprise technology sales or presales recruitment is an added advantage.
• Candidates with recruitment experience supporting networking OEMs, semiconductor companies, hyperscalers, cloud infrastructure or enterprise technology organisations are particularly relevant.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, IT Literate with MS Office suite
• Ability to interpret reporting data and advise on solutions for process innovation and high-performance working
• Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches as well as working with an ATS
• Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environment
• Shown team working capability, stakeholder management and networking skills
• Ability to be involved in a wide range of talent acquisition projects
• Hybrid working model - 3 days onsite (Depot Road), 2 days WFH
