Job summary

Group of Tech seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise projects across multiple entities. You will balance Waterfall and Agile approaches, manage vendor and internal delivery teams, and report to CIO-level stakeholders.

You will coordinate with Group IT Office on governance, risk, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and business value realization across the group.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT project management for enterprise scale initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience in matrix delivery environments and influencing without authority.
• Familiarity with data governance, security controls and AI-related delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise projects from initiation to handover.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, budgets and resource plans.
• Apply hybrid delivery: Waterfall for infra/security, Agile for apps/AI.
• Manage governance artefacts: charters, RAID logs, status reports.
