SATS Ltd., headquartered in Singapore, seeks a Technology Business Partner for Food Solutions (Singapore) to lead technology enablement across SCAT, SFS and CF. You will partner with business leaders to define technology strategy, manage ERP and planning systems, and drive AI and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years of technology leadership experience.
5+ years in a business partner or technology GM role.
Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders.
Strong delivery management for digital platforms and automation.
Experience delivering ERP and planning systems in global orgs.
Translate business needs into technology requirements.
Background in food manufacturing / aviation catering is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and act as a trusted technology advisor.
Coordinate technology teams, vendors and stakeholders to support objectives.
Drive adoption of digital, automation and data-driven solutions.
Oversee day-to-day technology operations and ensure high availability.
Lead change management, vendor management, and budgeting for tech portfolio.
Sponsor technology initiatives across Food Solutions Singapore, including planning and digitalization.
Champion AI and smart factory initiatives aligned with enterprise architecture.
