You will lead strategic initiatives, embed SATS values, ensure policy alignment, workforce planning, talent management and analytics to enable sustainable growth across the region.

• Strong analytical ability to derive insights from people data.
• Proven ability to design and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute a People strategy for the Food Solutions business in APAC.
• Coach junior HC Business Partners on strategic initiatives and org design.
• Identify capability gaps and implement intervention plans with HC COEs.
• Strengthen talent pipeline through external hiring and internal development.
• Act as change agent with leadership to drive culture and practice changes.
• Enhance employee experience through end-to-end people processes and engagement.
• Drive analytics to provide business insights and data-driven decisions.
