Job summary

SATS Ltd. invites an Intern, Technology Business Partner (Corporate) to join our Singapore team at Inflight Catering Centre 1. You will work on live IT projects and support stakeholder meetings to translate business needs into tech requirements.

You will assist with project coordination, update trackers, prepare slides and reports, and help prepare procurement documents. The role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise initiatives and is mentored to help you learn and contribute effectively.

Qualifications

• Basic Data Analysis capability to monitor project progress.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for creating reports.
• Project Coordination skills to track tasks, timelines and deliverables.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Basic networking concepts such as IP addresses, DNS, and HTTP/HTTPS.
• Basic data and cybersecurity awareness.
• Adaptability to handle various tasks and adjust to changing project needs.
• Problem-solving skills to identify challenges and propose potential solutions.
• Communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Team collaboration to work closely with others and contribute to group success.

Responsibilities

• Work on live IT projects and gain firsthand exposure to how enterprise-level digital initiatives are scoped, planned, and delivered.
• Observe and support stakeholder meetings to see how business needs are identified and turned into tech requirements.
• Assist with project coordination tasks such as updating trackers, preparing slides and reports, and supporting planning sessions.
• Contribute to the preparation of procurement documents such as RFQs/RFPs and assist in comparing vendor proposals.
• Support monitoring vendor AMS performance, track service requests, and help ensure timely issue resolution.
• Take on ad-hoc tasks assigned by your mentor or team lead, providing a great opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of the team’s work.
