Job summary

Marketnode seeks an exceptional technology builder to own the technology underpinning its digital-assets and Real-World Asset tokenisation platform. This hands-on leadership role blends architecture, coding and strategic leadership, guiding the team to deliver secure, scalable solutions across multiple blockchain networks.

The role requires deep engineering expertise, experience with tokenised assets, and the ability to collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal and Compliance to translate

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of professional software engineering and technology-delivery experience.
• Four+ years of experience leading teams or major technical initiatives in digital assets, blockchain or tokenisation.
• Hands-on software engineering and architecture capabilities.
• Experience delivering blockchain applications across multiple networks (EVM, Stellar, Solana).
• Knowledge of Azure, DevOps, CI/CD, observability and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on technical leadership across architecture, development, smart-contract development and code review.
• Own end-to-end technical ownership of the digital-assets and RWA tokenisation platform.
• Lead design and development of blockchain solutions across multiple networks.
• Own technical execution, engineering quality and delivery planning with the Senior Delivery Manager.
• Lead a distributed engineering team across Singapore and India.
