Job summary

HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited seeks a senior professional to manage technology interfaces for Singapore stakeholders, drive requirements clarification, and ensure compliant change governance across cross-border delivery teams.

You will facilitate workshops, develop sign-off ready documentation, and maintain traceability for regulated changes, including MAS considerations. Strong communication and leadership in a matrix, multi-time-zone environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in requirements engineering / business analysis in banking technology delivery.
• Exposure to regulated change environments requiring evidence, sign-offs and auditability; MAS knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of core banking / financial products and end-to-end change lifecycle.
• Strong governance discipline across RAID, dependency management, change control and decision logging.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary technology interface for Singapore stakeholders for Sirena demand, requirements and delivery clarifications.
• Facilitates workshops to elicit, validate and prioritise requirements and to drive alignment on decisions, dependencies and risks.
• Presents complex topics in a structured way, enabling senior decision-making.
• Produces clear, structured requirement documentation with sign-off-ready packs for Singapore Business/Functions.
• Maintains traceability and evidence quality aligned to regulated change expectations (MAS knowledge preferred).
• Drives RAID, dependency management and change control to ensure items are owned and reported.
