Job summary

TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations at Tuas. The role focuses on people leadership, inventory control, and meeting customer KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage manpower deployment, ensure stock accuracy, and handle bonded/licensed goods in line with customs requirements. Strong proactive problem-solving and QEHS awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and team supervision.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Experience meeting operational targets and KPIs.
• Knowledge of bonded/licensed goods and customs regulations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
