Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a proactive leader to manage a combined warehouse and office team in Singapore. You will drive day-to-day operations, ensure targets and lead times are met, and uphold quality, safety and QEHS standards.

The role requires strong inventory control, manpower planning, and collaboration with HR and operations to continually improve processes and productivity. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a combined warehouse and office team.
• Proven ability to achieve daily targets and lead times.
• Strong track record meeting weekly/monthly KPI targets.
• Knowledge of bonded and licensed goods handling and customs rules.
• Good stock control, inventory management and accountability.
• Experience in manpower deployment and resource planning.
• Familiarity with cycle counts and stock takes, including annual counts.
• Ability to record attendance, leave and HR-related matters.
• Experience preparing purchase requisitions and related documentation.
• Ability to resolve QEHS issues and drive process improvements.
• Coordination with HR/People & Organization on HR topics.
