Job summary

ONESYSTEMS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Presales Engineer (ELV) to own end-to-end technical solutioning for CCTV, access control, intrusion, PA/VA, and related integrated systems.

You will lead multi-site bids for mission-critical environments and engage with senior client stakeholders while mentoring junior presales staff. You will shape technical propositions, participate in bid strategy, and travel regionally to support expansion across APAC.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in ELV systems, leading technical proposals for complex deployments.
• Strong knowledge of ELV architecture and integration (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, PA/VA).
• Experience engaging with clients and stakeholders on technical solutioning.
• Excellent command of English for technical docs and client communication.
• Willingness to travel regionally to support expansion.
• Mentoring and guiding junior presales engineers.

Job Summary:

The Senior Presales Engineer (ELV) owns end-to-end technical solutioning for Company ELV systems opportunities, spanning CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, PA/VA, and related integrated systems. This role leads complex and multi-site bids for mission-critical environments, engages directly with clients and stakeholders at senior levels, and plays a key part in shaping company's technical proposition as the company expands regionally. The Senior Presales Engineer also mentors junior presales staff and contributes to broader bid strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end technical solutioning for complex and multi-site ELV bids, including systems integration across CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and PA/VA.
• Lead client-facing technical discussions and presentations, including engagement at CxO or facilities-director level.
• Design system architecture and make product/vendor selection decisions, including tradeoffs across platforms and approaches (e.g. VMS platform selection, network segmentation considerations for OT/IT environments).
• Lead site surveys for complex or mission-critical facilities, translating findings into robust technical designs.
• Mentor and guide junior presales engineers, reviewing their BOQs, schematics, and proposal work.
• Contribute to RFP strategy, including win themes, technical differentiation, and pricing strategy input.
• Act as the primary technical representative in front of consultants, M&E engineers, and end clients during the bid process.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of leading ELV platforms and vendors (e.g. mainstream VMS, access control, and related systems), using these as reference points to guide solution design rather than fixed constraints.
• Support company's regional expansion plans through occasional travel to client sites and business development activities across APAC.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, project delivery, and sales teams to ensure proposed solutions are deliverable and aligned with client needs.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
• More than 5 years of experience in ELV systems, with a track record of leading technical proposals for complex or mission-critical deployments (e.g. semiconductor fabs, pharmaceutical cleanrooms, data centres).
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems architecture and integration, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and PA/VA (familiarity with leading platforms is an advantage, illustrative rather than mandatory).
• Demonstrated experience engaging directly with clients and stakeholders on technical solutioning.
• Goodcommand of English for technical documentation and client communication.
• Willingnessto undertake occasional regional travel in support of company expansion plans.
• Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to build trust at senior stakeholder levels.
• Effective communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, project delivery).
