Job summary

TDCX Group in Singapore is seeking a skilled System Administrator to monitor, maintain and secure our servers and infrastructure. You will provide reliable IT support for end users and ensure system availability.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and basic network services. You will collaborate with global teams and contribute to our Quality Management System while pursuing continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree related to safety, engineering, or IT.
2 years of related work experience preferred.
Experience supporting end users on Windows PCs.
Experience with Windows Server Active Directory and file permissions.
Knowledge of DNS, SMTP, HTTP, FTP and TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and manage servers and infrastructure services such as anti-virus, databases, AD, Exchange, and file services.
Develop and implement housekeeping routines, and monitor system and logs.
Ensure backups are executed and can restore data when required.
Provide technical support for end users (PCs, laptops, printers, emails).
Conduct root cause analysis and provide permanent resolutions.
Handle privileged access, configuration compliance, and vulnerability management.
Perform additional duties to support the QMS and organizational goals.
