Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an IT infrastructure professional to manage daily network and cloud operations in a dynamic environment.

You will administer on-premises and cloud platforms, monitor systems, and ensure robust security practices across endpoints and servers. The successful candidate will implement and maintain Azure AD, Office 365, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, and related services, while supporting end-user needs and coordinating with vendors for software procurement and

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience in on-premises and/or cloud infrastructure administration and service desk support.
ITIL and/or Cybersecurity certifications are an advantage but not mandatory
Working knowledge of cloud platforms, virtual machines, networking devices, firewalls, wireless technologies, switching, and routing protocols

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of IP networks and IT infrastructure, including administration, monitoring, backup, and security.
Implement, configure, and maintain SaaS and cloud services such as Azure AD, Office 365, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, and AAD Connect.
Assist in configuring and maintaining computer hardware, system software, and applications in compliance with security requirements.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and access matrices, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
Provide first-level end-user support for PCs/laptops, mobile devices, and web applications; travel to Central and North-East centres may be required.
Support IT procurement activities, including evaluation, implementation, and vendor coordination.
Assist in setting up new centres by scoping IT network and end-user requirements and supporting end-to-end implementation.
Support IT audits, asset tracking, licensing management, and account administration across internal and external systems.
Provide IT administrative support such as maintenance contract renewals, fixed asset tracking, and access management.
Administer and support Fortinet Firewall and VPN, with working knowledge of Fortinet Secure SD-WAN preferred. Support post-implementation issue resolution and project-related tickets.
Perform after-hours or weekend work for scheduled maintenance or critical IT activities when required.
