Job summary

Ambiq is seeking a Systems Architect for its Singapore development office to drive the architectural definition of low-power SoCs with a focus on subsystems owned by the Singapore team, including audio, imaging/display, and high-speed interfaces. You will collaborate across software, hardware, and field teams to ensure alignment with product requirements, power targets, and system architecture.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of SoC subsystems and external interfaces (audio, imaging/display, USB, SPI, I2C)
• Experience bringing low-power architectures to market
• Ability to model power/performance and guide hardware/software analysis

Responsibilities

• Define high-level architectural specifications for Ambiq's low-power SoCs
• Lead IP investigation and selection for subsystems owned by Singapore team
• Develop power/performance models and ensure alignment with product requirements
• Collaborate with FPGA, software, and hardware teams to enable subsystem features (audio, imaging/display, high-speed links)
• Work with physical design to ensure robust implementation and with RTL to debug issues
• Support post-silicon analysis and delivery of SoC functionality to customers
