Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of systems analysis and design experience.
• Experience with end-to-end solution design.
• Knowledge of telecoms domain is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design and align with business and technical requirements.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from business users; act as POC for all business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into designs.
• Provide technical consultancy on feasibility, design, and integration.
• Translate business drivers into platform configurations or specifications for new implementations or offerings.
• Define technical strategies with partners to drive business improvements.
• Assist with RFP/RFT responses with technical know-how.
• Prioritize projects and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Manage vendors/partners to meet milestones.
