PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Technical Support Senior Engineer specializing in Avaya UC & Contact Centre to provide Tier 2/3 support for enterprise banking customers in Singapore.

You will troubleshoot and maintain mission-critical Avaya UC/CC environments and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system reliability. Role requires strong Avaya Aura knowledge (CM, SM, SMGR, AAMS), ASBCE, SIP/H.323, Linux, VMware, and related tooling, with a track record of resolving complex telephony

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Tier 2/3 UC and Contact Center engineering.
• Experience supporting Banking or Financial Services environments preferred.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex telephony and contact center issues.

Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Support Senior Engineer (DTE)to provide dedicated support for enterprise banking customers in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for Tier 2/3 support, troubleshooting, and maintaining mission-critical Avaya Unified Communications and Contact Center environments.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum4 years of experiencein Tier 2/3 Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center engineering.

• Experience supporting Banking or Financial Services environments is preferred.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex telephony and contact center issues.
