Job summary

SYS-MAC Automation Engineering PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Senior Materials Planning professional to ensure end-to-end materials accuracy and optimized inventory turns. You will lead a planning team to align forecast vs demand, supply capacity, and in-house workflows to support company objectives.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Production and Purchasing to achieve OT deliveries, reduce excess, and sustain high service levels while mentoring staff and advancing supply

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical, and at least five (5) years planning along with 3+ year’s relevant operations/supply chain experience
• Minimum 10 years of planning experiences in manufacturing environment
• Proven more than 5 years supervisory experiences
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint & project management, and ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Lead planning team to monitor and control long lead time parts and maintain minimum stock levels
• Lead Customer Service and liaise with Sales to provide 12 months SIOP forecast
• Drive Customer Service, Warehouse & Logistics, Production, Purchasing, and other functions to meet OTD and revenue targets
• Lead development and management of master schedule for all products
• Develop and maintain inventory, planning and KPI metrics
• Establish KPIs and monitor supply chain performance to optimize service levels
• Drive reduction of excess and obsolescence inventory
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate data for OT delivery meetings
• Develop and mentor direct reports
• Drive CIP alongside AI implementation
